Shortlisted for the PENfro Book Festival First Chapter Competition in 2018, Noise Composition is a novel about a jazz musician who finds himself re-immersed in NYC’s 1980s post-punk music scene by way of an unexpected parcel.
I drew on dozens of resources and references from my own life and extensive research for the story and its many embellishments.
